Hydraulic door autoclave remarkably versatile, widely used in aerated concrete block, concrete pipe, sand-lime brick, fly ash bricks, porous calcium silicate board, new lightweight wall materials, asbestos insulation, high strength autoclave curing plaster and other building materials in the reactor to complete Cao-Si02-H2O hydrothermal reaction.
Also widely used in rubber products, wood drying and preservative treatment, heavy metal smelting, coal oil seepage firebrick invasion, consistent glass steam curing, high pressure treatment chemical products, canned food high pressure processing, pulp cooking, cable vulcanization, fishnet stereotypes and chemical , pharmaceutical, aerospace industry, insulation materials, textile workers, military and other support required pressure steam production process of production projects.
Hydraulic door opening mechanism consists of hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic cylinders revolving door, the shaft and the autoclave door connecting device, clamp positioning device, a hydraulic cylinder stopper, hydraulic systems and other components.
